The Back Story:
Las Brisas - Laguna beach
Las Brias, formerly Victor Hugos, is a favorite restaurant and garden where many couples come to marry in the gazebo overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Laguna Beach has been a well known art colony since the late 1800’s. So many artists were attracted here, that by 1932 and art festival began. Today there are several outdoor art shows, including Festival of the Arts, Sawdust Festival, Art-A-Fair, and Pageant of the Masters.
About the Artist: Jim Krogle, a graduate of Chouinard Art Institute, has enjoyed an extensive career as an American Illustrator. He now follows his true passion painting the beach and surf scene he grew up with. Visit www.jimkrogle.com.
