The Back Story:
The Great Conch
Found along the shores of the Atlantic to the Caribbean seas, the conch shell is home to the marine snail. This spiraled shell has made many contributions to mankind among which, being used as a tool and currency for the ancestors of the Earth. In folklore, holding large conch shell next to one’s ear allows that person to hear the roar of the ocean tides from anywhere on the planet.
