The Back Story:
After 'While, Crocodile
Crocodiles can live very long lives, however there hasn't been a science developed to measure their exact age. It has been esitimated that the largest specie of crock lives for 70 years on average, while some may live to be more than 100 years old. In Australia, there was a male freshwater crocodile named "Mr. Freshly" who lived an estimated 130 years. To make educated guesses as to their age, scientists measure lamellar growth rings in their bones and teeth. Regardless of exact age, there is no doubt that these creatures hang around for quite a while!
