The Back Story:
Dragonfly
The dragonfly is a beautiful insect with an elongated body and strong transparent wings. Although possessors of six perfectly developed legs, they are quite clumsy on the ground. When zooming through the air, they are among the fastest creatures in the universe. Also, dragonflies aren’t just pretty faces, they are valuable predators that thrive on mosquitoes and other small insects such as bees, ants and flies. Usually living near rivers, lakes, streams and ponds, they have been known to befriend human beings when swimming or playing in the water by landing on their noses and foreheads.
