GrafixMat® Wholesale Terms & Conditions

PLACING YOUR ORDER:
We are happy to assist you with your selections. You may place your order online, call us at (800) 900-MATS (6287) Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. pst , FAX to (714) 847-3142 or e-mail to [email protected].
CREDIT CARDS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at time of order.
CREDIT:
If you have a good credit history and pay promptly, we will accept your credit application for 30 day terms. All net 30 day term orders must meet a minimum of $250. A credit application will be sent upon request.
TERMS: NET 30 DAYS
Open accounts are due and payable thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Minimum for all orders with net 30 day terms is $250. Any amount past due will be charged 1 - 1 1/2% interest per month (18% per annum) and will be subject to adjusted terms.
MINIMUM RE-ORDER:
Our minimum reorder for credit cards on file is $100, and for net 30 day terms is $250.
FREIGHT:
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse; Huntington Beach, California. All products are shipped freight collect.
LEAD-TIME:
Lead time for stock designs is 10 working days. Lead time for Name Drops is 15 working days.
NAME DROPS:
City/State – When you order 24 coasters of one design, the name of the city only, state only, or city & state can be engraved on your coasters at no extra charge.
Business Name – When you order 36 coasters of one design, specific text can be added at no extra charge, such as the name of a business or organization. Lead time is 15 working days for New Name Drops.
OPTIONAL HANGING HOLE:
We are pleased to supply your entire order of coasters with Hanging Holes when requested. Please indicate on your order form and add an additional 20 cents per coaster to your total.
P.O.P. DISPLAYS:
GrafixMat Merchandising systems are key to a successful program. Display fixtures are on loan to our dealers and remains property of The Walton Company. Display fixtures are exclusively for display and promotion of The Walton Company products. If a display is not in use or the product has been discontinued, dealer agrees to return fixtures to The Walton Company.
UPC Labels:
We will affix product UPC bar code labels to the back of all products when specified with order.
EXCHANGES:
We invite our dealers to be adventurous with selections of our stock designs.
Our policy is to let you return any stock designs for even exchange. If designs do not meet your expectations, just send them back, freight pre-paid, with a written tally and we will exchange them for other designs of your choice on your next order.
RETURNS:
Call for authorization number for all returns. We will give you your choice of refund, credit, or exchange. Simply give us the date of invoice, invoice number and you may return any stock item. Items returned must be shipped prepaid.
Returned merchandise must be received by The Walton Company in the condition in which it left the factory. A 15% restocking charge will apply to merchandise returned. An additional charge may be made to restore merchandise to salable condition. Specials, Name Dropped and Custom Orders are not returnable.
CLAIMS:
We are not responsible for damage incurred in transit. All items shipped at purchaser’s risk; any claim for loss or damage sustained in transit must be made upon carrier immediately. The Walton Company will assist customers in establishing claims with carriers by supplying them with the required documentation whenever possible. All claims against The Walton Company must be made by customer in writing within ten (10) days after delivery. Failure to make claim against The Walton Company within ten (10) days shall constitute full acceptance of merchandise.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Prices and terms subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make upgrades, changes or product improvements without prior notice. The Walton Company reserves the right to limit purchase quantities. Your resale number must be on file with The Walton Company or we are required to charge state sales tax. There is a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks.
