Made from eco-friendly recycled cork from Portugal and Spain, yet handcrafted in the U.S.A. This wonder of flight is possible through developments made in the United States during the 1960s. The two main technological advances: using rip-stop nylon, a very safe and reliable material for the envelope (the balloon) and running a LPG gas burner to heat the air in the envelope.
